Privacy Policy
Plan Sell Go is a product of Pulse Path Ventures. This Privacy Policy applies to the Plan Sell Go website and the early-access form available on it.
It does not apply to the Plan Sell Go application, which is not yet available to the public and will be subject to separate or updated privacy terms when it launches.
What We Collect
When you submit the early-access form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your business name;
- what you sell;
- how you currently take orders;
- optionally, what you find hardest about running your events or preorders; and
- whether you chose to receive email updates about Plan Sell Go.
We also record the date and time your form was submitted.
Our servers may maintain short-lived technical logs associated with requests to this website, including IP addresses and similar technical information. We use these logs to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website. We do not intentionally link these technical logs to your early-access form submission.
At this time, this website does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking technologies.
Why We Collect Your Information
We use the information submitted through the early-access form to:
- contact you about Plan Sell Go and potential early access;
- respond to questions or communications from you;
- understand how small businesses currently manage sales, events, and preorders; and
- help us research and develop Plan Sell Go.
We do not use information submitted through the form for unrelated purposes.
The early-access form also includes an optional checkbox for email updates about Plan Sell Go. It is not selected by default, and we send you those updates only if you select it. Choosing not to select it does not affect your early-access request or how we handle the rest of your submission. You can withdraw at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any message we send or by emailing inquiry@plansellgo.com.
If you reach this website through an advertisement, we do not provide the answers you submit through the early-access form to the advertising platform.
What We Do Not Do
We do not:
- sell or rent your personal information;
- share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes;
- add you to unrelated mailing lists; or
- use your information to make automated decisions about you.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of Plan Sell Go, Pulse Path Ventures, or others.
Service Providers and Where Information Is Stored
Early-access submissions are stored using Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in the
United States, including the us-east-1 region.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported by the services we use. Amazon Web Services processes information on our behalf as a service provider.
Access to early-access submissions is limited to authorized individuals associated with Pulse Path Ventures who need the information for the purposes described in this policy.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We intend to retain early-access submissions until Plan Sell Go opens to the public, and we have completed our early-access outreach, unless the information is needed longer for legitimate business or legal purposes.
If you do not participate in early access, we intend to delete your early-access submission within 24 months.
You may also ask us to delete your information sooner as described below.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request that we:
- provide you with a copy of the personal information associated with your early-access submission;
- correct inaccurate information; or
- delete your early-access submission.

We may need to verify that you are the person associated with the information before completing certain requests.
Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to our activities, you may have additional legal rights concerning your personal information. These may include rights provided under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
Even where a particular privacy law does not apply, we will make reasonable efforts to honor requests to access, correct, or delete information submitted through the early-access form.
Children
This website is intended for people operating or working with businesses. It is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through the early-access form.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us at inquiry@plansellgo.com so that we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Plan Sell Go develops or our privacy practices change.
When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If we make a material change that affects how we use information you previously provided, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before applying that change to your information.
